Off-World is a radio program on CJSR 88.5FM in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Edmonton is in Treaty 6 Territory. It airs on Mondays at 8pm local time and can be streamed anywhere in the world at cjsr.com. The curation on this program draws from my travel and tour experience in the illegal, semi-legal and squat art scenes. Tracks are chosen to represent those eclectic and diverse environments and the social gatherings that happen in them. Expect to hear left field dance music, extreme punk, squelches from home made equipment and sound collages as well as many different languages and a large queer representation. The unifying factors in music selection are a diversity of input and antifascist politics.
